Put it in a keg, put pressure up to about 12 PSI, rock it gently back and forth while keeping the pressure on it. Test it periodically till its at the carbonation level you want. Works better when its cold.

Hey thanks for the help. I kegged my beer at 3:00 PM
turn down the temp to 33 and up the CO2 to about 40psi
and at 9:30 the next morning it was ready to drink.
Now it had a lot of head  but after playing around with
the pressure it got better.
Now I know some of people would say beer at 9:30
in the morning !. I know but I woke up late :x
I will try to do better in the future.

Cheers

The question you have to ask is whether you were just getting up or hadn't yet gone to bed. Either way, homebrew is the right drink for the job.
