This is what I'm bringing to the party.

#2 modified Belgian Strong Ale Light DME (Parshel Mash)

Batch size: 1.0 gal Boil volume: 1.2 gal OG: 1.064 FG: 1.016 Bitterness (IBU): 20.6 Color (SRM): 16.0 ABV: 6.3%

[Grains] Light DME 1.250lb Extract 80.0% Pilsener (German) 0.125lb Grain 8.0% Vienna (German) 0.125lb Grain 8.0% Chocolate Malt (US) 0.062lb Grain 4.0%

[Hops] Magnum 0.06oz 12.0% AA Pellet @ 30 min, 9.5 IBU Tettnanger 0.25oz 3.7% AA Pellet @ 10 min, 5.7 IBU Saaz 0.25oz 3.5% AA Pellet @ 10 min, 5.4 IBU Kent Golding 0.25oz 5.1% AA Pellet @ Dry Hop Saaz 0.50oz 3.5% AA Pellet @ Dry Hop

[Yeast/Other] American Wheat yeast 0.2 unit(s), Yeast 1/2 tsp Irish Moss 0.2 unit(s), Fining 1/5 teespoon @ dry hop

3 different batches. One with light dme, one with light lme, and one with dark dme. Each batch in a 1.5 pint bottle. I drank the rest already sorry. Its good to drink these side by side to see how a dme and a lme taste.

I have the Stout that we club brewed a few weeks back. I have my own smoked stout and an oatmeal stout that I brewed.

I have a keg of DYS Oyster Porter and Pumpkin Ale. Should I bring the keg of DYS Gruit or just a 2 liter?

This beer was bottled 2.5 weeks ago so I might as well throw one or two of these in the fridge for sat. Too.

#5 Dark Munich Cascade

Batch size: 1.0 gal
Boil volume: 1.2 gal
OG: 1.068
FG: 1.017
Bitterness (IBU): 27.8
Color (SRM): 9.3
ABV: 6.7%

[Grains]
Light DME 1.250lb Extract 71.4%
Weyermann Dark Munich 0.500lb Grain 28.6%

[Hops]
Magnum 0.10oz 12.0% AA Pellet @ 60 min, 19.9 IBU
Cascade 0.20oz 6.6% AA Pellet @ 10 min, 7.9 IBU

[Yeast/Other]
Irish Moss 0.2 unit(s), Fining 1/5 tsp @ 10min
American Ale yeast 0.2 unit(s), Yeast 1/2 tsp
Light Brown sugar 0.2 unit(s), Additive Light Brown sugar 1 tbsp @ boil

I haven't tried it yet so who knows if it's good or not.
