I'm not this weekend but probably next weekend (11/25 or 26). I'll post something next week when I know for sure. I'll probably be brewing a Belgian Golden or Oatmeal Stout next weekend.

Jimmiec's just a brewing machine now that he's got his RIMS finished. I suspect he'll be buying more kegs and carboys before too long.

I've been doing pretty good about rotating through with 4 carboys. I may have to start bottling beer or buy some more kegs. Contrary to what I said last weekend, I do want a 22 gallon conical now, may be next year. Also, about ready for another bulk grain buy, need to do inventory.

I can't brew this weekend either. I don't have enough pilsner malt for 10 gallons and the Belgian yeast is still fermenting a Dubbel. The yeast need at least a week more to clean up and drop. One nice thing about carboys is you can visually see what is going on. But with a conical I could probably grab some yeast to pitch this weekend.

I could loan you some pilsen malt, but the yeast is up to you.

I can't brew this weekend. I want to do a Belgian Golden Strong Ale and the yeast is still fermenting a Dubbel. I can come over and keep you company though. Just let me know. I have some beer (Robust Porter and Weizenbock).
