I can bring my stuff for filtering water but I won't be there til after 1PM sometime and I am sure that you will want to start the all grain prior to that. What type of extract beer are we going to make? Kit or just wing it?
I will be dropping off a weber pit and charcoal at Marcellos friday.

I'm not sure where Karl got the oysters last year. However, Chez Francois does have sacks of oysters for $30. Should we get 1 or 2 sacks? They open at 8am on Saturday.
On Sunday, the oyster porter had finished fermenting and I needed the fermenters so I kegged up the beer. I think sdspespo1 is going to take care of bottling the kit beer.
I took the club brew home yesterday and bottled it this am. A little soon to bottle but wanted to have it ready for the club meeting in Dec. I have Ihardin02's carboy.
