Postby jimmiec » Wed Sep 28, 2011 11:57 am

I'm going to be brewing a weizenbock (all grain) this Sunday starting around 11 am. Anyone is welcome, just PM me for the address. Hopefully finish up the control box and may be the pump box on Sunday too.

I would like the yeastmeister to check the control box wiring before plugging it in. I sure wouldn't want to smoke your controllers or short anything out. Besides, we need him to do the wiring for the pump box plug.

Still thinking about the mash because I would like to get some other things done during the mash. However, not really want to skip on any of the steps for a weizen.

I don't need the control box and pump box for this brew. However, it would be nice to work on it some. Looking like a busy brew day at least during the mash but a long boil.

I know you don't need it. Which is good, because I doubt we could get it finished in time. See you on Sunday I guess.

Do You think you'll still be brewing around 3, I'll be watching the Saints and if I can get away after I might come by.

I guarantee he'll still be brewing around 3. He most likely won't get started until 11 or so.

Glad everyone made it and had nice easy brew day. We got a OG of 1.086 and just a little over on the volume (may be 5.25 in each carboy).
