I'm just bustin' your chops. If I was really pissed, I'd have likely reciprocated with some strong opinions back atch' yah. The older I get though, the more I've noticed that the homebrew taste much better after traveling the high road.

On this forum we strive to give critical feedback. Unlike the BN where you'll mostly just get things like "nice job," regardless of what you post. In any case, I always advise newbies (I know that's not you,) to attend as many different brew sessions with as many different systems as they can manage before they star designing their own systems. That can help the avoid other peoples', sometimes very expensive, mistakes, and steal all their best ideas.
Oh BTW, Charlie isn't one of us, he's from the Malt Munching Mash Monsters up in the Shreveport area.

Nice rig. I'm not gonna frown at anybody because I'm still brewing in the carport and having to pissant my freaking gear from the brew room to the carport and back every single brew day! One of these days I'll have a real brew shed, and then look out!

Seriously, though, i'm having a difficult time tracing the flow from your photo. it looks like you have two outputs from the chiller. One swagelock and one tri-clover. In any case it ought to be easy enough to put some caustic in there to soak after you brew.

Nice work Ale Guy. I bet if you were to add a couple of kettles, a few burners and a stand to that mash return, you could make some killer beer. I have to say though that all that hard copper pipe is starting to make me frown a bit though. Funny, I never felt like being that way before I talked to you.[/b]

I don't want to reveal too much before the patent application goes through, but I will say the fully adjustable mash returns connect to soft silicone hose with sanitary stainless cam lock fittings. All I have right now are old photos so here is one from my stand under construction.
The wiring is installed now so the pump plugs are all neatly tucked away out of sight. and both pumps and two auxilliary outlets are switched from the control panel.
