Extreme Brewing

Postby aleguy » Wed Jul 09, 2008 12:53 pm

I was cruising the stacks at Barnes and Noble yesterday and found Extreme Brewing by Sam Calagione in the bargain books for $9.98. If anyone's interested. They have a pretty good stack of them.

Good find, I'll have to swing by there.

I bought Designing Great Beers from Amazon last night.

I'm glad you finally got it. In my opinion, it may be the single most useful brewing book in my library. Extreme brewing is more of a recipe book, which I typically have no interest in, but as the author is the founder of Dogfish head, and is active in Archeobrewing (Two Bronze Age recipes are in the book) I decided it was ten bucks well spent.
