Epic fail from Abita. They showed up 10 minutes prior to the event, and then the keg was overcarbonated, more foam than actual beer on the initial pour. I've had cask conditioned Abita before, that isn't how the beer engine is supposed to pour.

I don't know if the excessive foaming was from a screwup in the natural carbonation, or if it was from all the shaking and moving the keg got 5 minutes prior to being served.

I thought it was going to actually be cask conditioned as opposed to keg conditioned, I don't know why I expected truth in advertising from Abita?
