Yeast: The Practical Guide to Beer Fermentation

Postby GuitarLord5000 » Wed Aug 18, 2010 11:18 pm

A buddy from another forum linked me to this book, thinking it might be of interest to me. I've pre-ordered it, but I thought that a few of you might also be interested in it.

Yeast: The Practical Guide to Beer Fermentation

It's a book about yeast storage, handling, washing of cultures, etc. It's by Jamil Zainasheff and Chris White of White Labs.
