I bought a water filter from morebeer. How do you store
after using it? :?:

More information please.....which filter did you buy? Irregardless, I store it in 5 or 3 gallon drinking water jugs like you get at the stores. I make it just a day prior to making my brew.

Are you using it to filter water or beer? I bought a "whole house" water filter from Lowe's to filter water. I assume you just put it in a bucket so it doesn't leak all over, and then run it for a few minutes before you use the water the next time.
If you're using it to filter beer, I would clean and sanitize it. Leave it full of star san, and put it in a bucket so it doesn't leak all over the place.

I think the question is how do you store your water filter after use? yes? no?

In that case, I have an activated charcoal cartridge filter
After each use (unless I will use it again in the next few days) I disassemble it
Let it air dry for a day or 2.
Reassemble
