You guys asked to see it, here is my new system. Fully digital RIMS system, literally, fire and forget. I continually recirculate the mash and the boil, the digital controller will automatically fire the burner on the mash tun and hold on any temp I set, or it will step roughly 1 degree per minute (faster if I crank the burner). No problems with scorching as the burners heat very evenly with no hot spots, and the wort is recirculating. The temperature is measured via a thermoprobe that is directly in the outflow of the mash tun, so I never need to worry about the wort liquid getting above what I set the controller at.
There is also a stainless HLT that is on a separate burner outside. All the plumbing is copper, no more ugly rubber gas hoses!

Its a single tier system. I use a single pump and move the input and output between the vessels. The hoses are high temp silicone.
Just so you know, I started out as extract with steaping grains, moved up to a igloo cooler mash tun for all grain, and this is the latest evolution of the system. I've had experience and am willing to help anyone at any level of sophistication. As always, I'll state you definitely don't need to go this far to make some great beer. I won awards with extract.
