+1 on Russian roulette.
I liked your VBIP.
We need to concentrate on what we do best.
Semaj0006 does great Amber Ale and his VBIP is good also
Yeastmeister weeellll all his beers are good. I believe that Gene and Steve
Are the only clubs members that I know that compete. The styles that they are most comfortable with should take up the first two slots.
The Baton Rouge club has over 30 years of competitions
Under their belts. Recent years they place 1st and best of show with there
Porter (Baltic Porter) and Brown ales. They also like IPA's, Stouts and
English Brown Ales.
Like Igor said they get to pick half of the styles, so they well pick a porter
And at least some sort of brown.
My vote goes
1.Wit (Gene just place with one)
2. Helles (for Steve)
3.Amercian Amber
4.IPA
I personally would like to brew all the styles.
The only way the club can make a good standing is by
Club participation. If you don’t have a way to lager I’m sure that someone
Does. I will be looking to fined a co-brewer. So team up with someone.
I not scared

well maybe just one thing. Waking up in the middle of the night to find your mother in law naked sitting in your favorite chair
Drinking your last homebrew
