I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know how much I enjoyed spending time with many of you during Gulf Brew this year. Your club served some very fine brew, You guys obviously put a lot of very hard work into you preparing and brewing for the event. I would gladly be willing and interested in finding out how our club can get involved next year. I especially would like to catch up with some of you guys over a weekend sometime and have a joint brew day.

You guys and gals have a good thing going and should be very proud of how you represented the home brewing community.

:D :D :D :D :D Can't wait until next year. I'm heading to GABF this year, and I'd like to make it ti Dixie Cup,, or at least submit some beers. How many of you plan on attending (Dixie Cup)? :?:

Nice meeting you, sorry I was so busy that we didn't get much time to talk. Thanks though, we do put a lot into this event and I'm proud that it shows.

I may be at Dixie, my wife is gonna be 7.5 mos. preggers then so I'm not sure if I can get away, I'm trying though.

Prost!

I enjoyed meeting you too. As for joint brew days, we do four demonstration brews a year in the parking lot at Marcello's on Johnston street. I think the dates are all on the calendar on the home page. People sometimes bring their own rigs and brew as well. Either way, you're always welcome to attend.
As far as Gulf brew is concerned, we have been doing it for five years, and we learn something every year that helps us to do it better the next time. If you want your club to have a table, you need to coordinate with the Acadiana Center for the Arts, because it's their fundraiser. I'm sure the Yeastmeister can give you the appropriate contact names.
