Here are a few links for you. Just remember to fill your keg with water before cutting so you don't get slag permanently stuck to the inside.

I really like the last one. I am going build one like that so that it bolts on easily.

Its not good for my grinder. Clamping a grinder like the way I have done it before can ruin a $100 tool.

The first one looks like it wouldn't hurt the grinder. It also looks like the simplest one to make. But if you build the keg lathe, Let me know how it works out.

The one I had made before was the second one. The clamps are bad for it.

This is the one I want to make:

Yeah, the second one doesn't look safe, either. The first one looks perfectly easy, but the one you are making looks like the best because you don't have to remove the spear first. Those retaining rings can get stuck pretty badly after a keg's been sitting in a coulee for 20 years.

I would NEVER cut into a keg without removing the spear!! Ten pounds of pressure at the right volume can kill a person!

I would never cut into a keg without releasing the pressure! It would be nice to fill the keg with water so there's no slag stuck on the inside, but even if there's pressure, as soon as you cut through, it will bleed off. It's not like the top is going to suddenly come off and hit you in the face. I actually did cut into my first keg without releasing the pressure or removing the spear. A stale beer shower was the worst thing that happened.
