Gulf brew recipes

I know the Yeastmeister is supposed to be keeping track of what we're all making for the event. but a running tally on the forum would be helpful so we don't all show up with pale ales and stouts. Also, I floated the idea of a recipe booklet containing the recipes for everything we serve at gulfbrew for those people who are interested, and also for those people who inevitably show up at Marcelo's trying to buy one of the homebrews they liked.
So far I've made an IPA, (7 oz. of hops, it should be awesome) my inter-dimensional porter, and am planning a pale ale for tomorrow or Sunday.
If we had a list to look at I'd know whether to save the keg for the masses or drink it myself. (The burden of having to consume one's own beer is just one of the many tribulations a homebrewer must bear. life can be so demanding sometimes.)

I'll see if I can make this a running list, and edit to include anything poster. By my calcs, so far, we have....

Tally Update 4: (Updated 06/23/2008)
10 gallons of Apricot Wheat (igor)
5 gal pale ale (igor)
5 gal American amber (igor)
5 gal American amber (igor)
5 gal Bavarian Weissbier (igor)
5 gal experimental white chocolate wheat (igor)
5 gallons of Schwarzbier (yeastmeister)
5 gallons of Double Chocolate Stout (yeastmeister)
5 gallons of Robust Porter (club brew)
5 gallons of Brown Ale (From Gordon)
5 gallons of Hefe (yeastmeister)
5 gallons IPA (aleguy)
5 gallons Inter-dimensional Porter (aleguy)
5 gallons pale ale (aleguy)
5 gal. Imperial Vanilla Bourbon Porter (0006)
5 gal American Pale Ale (0006)
5 gal Brown Ale (zeke)
5 gal American Ale (zeke)
5 gal Experimental Beer 1 (yeastmeister and red)
5 gal Experimental Beer 2 (yeastmeister and red)
5 gal Pale Ale (Wil)

total so far (assuming its all good by the time of the event): 110 gallons

Note, keep them coming, we have no guaranties that any of these will be drinkable by the time of the event, since we are not serving anything that we consider flawed, its better to have too much, than not enough.

I didn't get around to the pale ale until last weekend, but it's in the primary and doing well. Barring an unexpected complication it should be in the cooler at Marcello's within a month.

Updated the Tally above....

Its getting to be crunch time guys, I'd recommend everything be chilled and ready to go within the next 2 weeks. That leaves just about the minimum of time I usually recommend for cold conditioning.

Well I have to remove my Dortmunder Export from the Gulf Brew. I like it way to much, But I will bring it to the next meeting. I plan on making it my house beer, and after a few critical reviews from you, and maybe a minor recipe adjustment I plan on entering it into the foam ranger competition this year.
