The Chef du cuisine, Michael Collins approached me at Gulf Brew about providing some home brew for a special feast day he's preparing that showcases local ingredients. It might be fun to design beers to accompany specific dishes he is creating for the event. I will be personally unable to donate for reasons many of you are already aware of, but I am more than happy to help anyone with recipe formulation, brewing, etc.

I don't know what kind of schedule he's looking at, whether this is just to promote local foods, or if it's for the TV program Endless Feast.
