Passed the Senate, 36 for, none against. It now goes back to the house due to some senate amendments, but its now passed both house and senate with no problems.

Sent to the Governor on Sunday.

***Warning***
Civics lesson

He can either sign it, veto it, or ignore it. If he signs it, the law goes into effect immediately (as stated in the bill). If he veto's it, it dead for this year. If he ignores it, it becomes law 60 days from June 20th, and is August 19th. Which is date I am sort of unsure of because normally bills passed during the regular session take effect on August 15th (which is what happens if its not stated in the bill).
