Thanks Everyone

I went to the last meeting and would like to thank everyone
that brought and shared their homebrews with me.

Kevin brought out several beers that Marcellos offers for sale
and the tasteing experience of these beers and the homebrews
were great. More flavers than I could have hoped for.

looking forward to more meetings and tastings, sorry to say I don't
have much to offer as a new brewer but you gotta start somewhere.

I'll join the club and at least contribute that money, but for awhile
just do alot of listening!

See Ya'll next meeting

Don't worry Gordon, you can make some awesome beers with really basic equipment and extracts. Often they are better than all-grain brews because there are fewer things to tweak and because a lot of experienced brewers start experimenting and those experiments don't always work out exactly as planned. If you make a beer you're not happy with, put it in a closet for a year or so. that usually does the trick.
