I wouldn't trust them inside the boil kettle. Though you could do a test and boil a couple in water for a two hours or so and see if the nylon melts out. I think the biggest problem would be them releasing off flavors.
I won't ask why you want to use them in a boil kettle, but if it were me, I would just use standard stainless nuts,
