You better be careful or I'll hold you down and shave your feet! Maybe I'll just put some more gremlins into your brewstand. :D

Thanks, Redtail! I'm glad someone understands I wasn't trying to compete. I was just doing what I can to support the club. Personally, I think you would have placed if someone hadn't "cheated" by adding some questionable pellets to his beer to give the impression he had brewed a better beer than he really did.

How is any addition to beer questionable? Were not following the purity laws here. As long as someone doesn't relabel a commercial beer, I fail to see how you can call it cheating. Stop being a sore winner.

You'll notice the word in question is in quotation marks. It's probably not technically a violation of the rules. It does seem like it violates the spirit of competition. But maybe that's just me. Anyway, it doesn't much matter. The Italians used to put glycol in their wine to improve the flavor too.

When are we going to see the results posted? I know Yeasty's bean working his flagella off, but it would be nice to have some online results to peruse.

When are we going to package the beer at Marcello's? At this point we will have to pitch fresh yeast to get the beer to carbonate properly.
