My Munich Helles taste like ASS

I tasted my Helles yesterday and it's
bad doesn't even taste like beer. I know
one problem is I had very poor hop
utilization my hop sack was to small. :shock:
I said sack! :lol: Should dry hop it or just
dump it?

That begs the question, how do you know what ass tastes like?

Nevermind, I don't really want to know the answer to that one.

If its not infected, don't dump it, it can be repaired. Bring us a sample, and lets see what we can do to help it.

no such thing as bad beer. only beer you don't like. even infections can be turned to advantage.

I'm drinking more styles of beer now that I have developed a taste for them.

I don't know haven’t tasted it since the last meeting.
3 club members tasted it 1 like it and the other 2
Said it had good malt aroma but tasted minty
Possible high fermentation temps.

I believe the main problem was poor hop
Utilization. I Know the beer is low hop
Aroma and flavor but something is just not

Hop sack was to small, the hops had swollen up to
the size of softball and dont ask why i did'nt
get a bigger sack or sock.

Post a recipe, fermentation temperature, did you make a starter?
