I am looking at buying more hops for the styles I plan on brewing for competition this summer, I would like to buy from Hop direct and the minimum they sell is 1 pound, here are the types I plan on buying

I might be interested in going in on some hops, but it will have to wait until January. I know I could use some Magnum. You can never have too much Cascade (Leaf and pellet). Strisselspalt? Too bad they don't have Centennial.

Centennial Pellet Hops 1 lb. Aroma hop which has been described as a stronger version of Cascade. As a aroma/flavor hop it can be quite intense due to the high essential oil content. Used in medium to dark American ales. Substitutes: Cascade or Columbus for the citrus character.

Kent Goldings Pellet Hops 1 POUND
Kent Goldings 4.8% alpha acid content. The most common aroma and dryhop among British brewers of Real Ales. Intesely resiny, candy-like, sweet and slightly floral, this hop is so smooth that you almost cannot over-bitter with it. It can give beers a strange sugary sweetness when too much is used as a flavor hop. Substitutes: British Columbian Goldings, Styrian Goldings, Oregon Goldings, or Washington Goldings.
