and for an imerstion chiller...


notice my tapemeasure on top of it for scale.

copper has better heat transfer than stainless anyway. BTW I think that burner may be a little large unless you're planning on full-barrel batches.

I know those multi jet burners and nice but please make
sure you get a propane burner not natural gas.
I have two burner i think one is natural gas and doesnt work
I can change the jets at 2.50 each I dont think so.
