I brewed an amber that I know got slamed by the cold so I gave it an extra week than I usually would (I have normally put it in a secondary arter 2 weeks but I left it alone and it will be 3 on saturday). I tested it today and I have about 80% attenuation, went from a 1.06 to a 1.011)
Should I bottle sunday or secondary?

Go ahead and bottle if the beer's cleared. At this point the only thing a secondary will do for you is allow you to dry hop and/or oak your beer.
