Postby thebuddrik » Wed Nov 12, 2008 7:16 pm

I am plotting on my next batch and have a few questions.

What is SRM?
ex:[Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain]

What is Victory Malt, I think this is the one that Keven said he wasnt sure of?

Standard Reference Method
a scale used to classify the color of beer

Here's an article that explains a bit:

Victory Malt - 25L Gives a warm toasted nutty flavor... great in Nut Brown Ales. Flavor comes through well in extract brewing.
