Guidelines and date for entries would be appreciated. i.e. What information needs to be included with entries, how, and by when do they need to be dropped off at Marcello's. Also what is the entry fee for each entry, and are we limited to the number of entries we submit?

We should definitely nail down the guidelines.
Lets's have our ideas together to try and have everything concrete by or at the Tues. meeting.

I thought this stuff was pretty standard. I just don't remember because I have only entered one competition. I'm sure there are some newer club members who don't know either.

Yep, standard contest rules. I will discuss them at the meeting with everyone, and post here after we agree no them.

Basically, I'm thinking along these lines...

Each category gets 1st, 2nd, 3rd place determination
Best of show will also be 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.
$7 per entry
Ribbons presented to winners
2 Bottles per entry required
12 oz standard non identifiable bottles required
2 entries allowed per entry category.

Is any one going to try to brew this sazion?

Not me. And I'd not recommend brewing it now for anyone. There are only 30 days left before the competition. No way your going to get a Saison ready in that amount of time. Typically at around 8% and bottle conditioned. Best timeframe I could come up with is brew, ferment hot, wait 2 weeks, transfer and bottle condition, wait 2 weeks to prime, age for at least 4 weeks. Thats a 2 month turn around time. Guess the club has some already made and picked that style to guarantee themselves a win. Its fair.
