Will it be ready in time? I bet you're using your conical to keep it warm. The Chillenstein becomes the crock pot fermenter?

Ok kegged My Cream Ale and Pale Ale today.
And tasted the Sasion all I can say is FUCKING GREAT 8)
And add 4 more oz of dry hops to the IPA I lost count
of the total hops in this thing.

So come May 9th I hope the judges spell
my name right on all my ribbons :lol:

Pulled my Saison out tonight... Tastes very good. Guess the judging will tell how good. If it scores well, I'll reveal the method, if it doesn't, no point. Last thing we need is more "bad" information on the net. Google indexes this site. Once its on google, its there forever.
