Okay, so I brewed a pumpkin ale for Samhain, and It ought to work for Thanksgiving as well, but I'd like to do something special for the winter holidays as well. For some of them, I ought to be brewing them soon.
Right now, I'm thinking either a spiced, Belgian Golden Strong Ale or trying to brew a Vanilla Bourbon Porter. Both of these beers need significant aging. A coffee stout might also be worth considering. Anyone have any opinions?
