Well, I posted a dispute, hope you don't mind me quoteing you Yeastmeister.
I didn't realize that this would go to the seller, I thought it would go to paypal first.
Here's my message:

The product in the pics. show the item to be #8030A017 ... =p3907.m29

If you look at the pdf. from asco you can see that this product is clearly DC: ... 8030R1.pdf
On the valves and boxes, also typed in by seller: Voltz HZ 120/60, 110/50

From the research I have done, this is what I believe to be true,
Voltz HZ 120/60, 110/50 = 120 Volts AC at 60 hertz, or 110 Volts AC at 50 hertz. AC is alternating current. Hertz is the rate that the direction of that current reverses cyclically,. The fact that it gives a hertz rating means that its AC. DC doesn't alternate, so it wouldn't show a hertz rating.

I contacted the seller and he replied that he would not consider a return.

I hope that this problem can be resolved.

This is clearly a fraudulent misrepresentation. Paypal ought to sort this out and you should, if you haven't already, file a complaint with e-bay. this seller clearly should never be allowed to post anything on e-bay again. though I don't know if it's really possible to stop him.

What a nightmare. I would mark this up to cheap experince.
What can you use these for if not in your brew system?

Mail them back to the seller tell him to turn the valves sideways
and shove them way up his ass!

Dont let it get you down I wasted more money on other brewing stuff
that I dont use.

Alright, finally got this shit straight.
Paypal was going to give me a refund, but probably not for s&h.
I called Asco w/ the serial #'s of the valves and the coils, they confirmed that they are, in fact AC.
I dismissed my paypal claim and explained to the seller what happened. Neither of us were at fault.
Apparently asco has the info wrong on the PDF, although they didn't seem too concerned.
