next meating will have belgium good beer

I just tried my first Belgium beer with 58 yeast at a high tepeture. I put golding hops in a 60min boil so only bitters. I was counting on the yeast to give the flavors on it and I was right. This will be a 2 weeks old by club day so be there to bask in its glory.

It's too bad that it's such a simple beer. It conflicts with my name. :(
