new crazy experament with yeast

I know yeast dies at high temps but what is the limit for that temp. My idea is to go the opposite way and ferment at high temps or let it sit at hi temps after fermentation for a new style of beer. New experiment begin!

Congratulations you've just re-invented the saisson! Farmhouse ales have always been made that way.
